Coaching sessions are designed to give you an access to designing your life and business as you want it. In these sessions I “teach YOU to fish” and empower you to DO IT FOR YOURSELF. It is about YOU becoming MASTERFUL in DESIGNING/CREATING/MAKING CHANGES in whatever areas you wish.
First and foremost it is about MINDSET. A coaching session with me will give you a Mentor with which to openly discuss your challenges, your ideas and your goals. It is not so much about setting goals and striving for them as it is about learning how to CREATE no matter what external factors may be influencing the situation and achieving great personal satisfaction in doing that.
In order to be in my coaching program you must have the following qualities:-
1. Willingness – you need to be COACHABLE 🙂
2. Committed – you need to have a goal in mind and be committed to that
3. Inspired – a mentor’s job is to inspire your vision for yourself but there must be a foundation there
4. Leader/Pioneer – ie thinking BIG
5. Visionary ( early adopter) – in all aspects of your life
6. Team Player – I can’t work with you if you want to DO IT ALONE! Plus it helps immeasurably to have a great team around you
7. Integrity – Doing what you say you will do when you say you will do it ( and vice versa! :)) It has nothing to do with good or bad right or wrong.
8. Loyalty – This is about trust and the ability to work together in confidentiality and with loyalty without needing to dictate what is done outside the bounds of our work together.
9. Positive Outlook – Life happens and its good to vent, we all have bad days and good days however if you see the world as ungenerous, and abundance as scarce then I will be suggesting that you look into some transformational courses or transformational types of counselling before embarking on coaching.
10. Determined – ” Failure is not about falling down its about refusing to get back up” – enough said!! 😉
Investment is $1000 per monthly coaching.
You must do an Assessment plan first and the investment is $1000 to give you a complete plan for your business and your brand and what is required within your program. This allows me to tailor it perfectly and also to make recommedations pertinent to your strategy.
